a quickie tute for ya's today. my kids have an addiction to smoothies.
&im a total fan of them for obvious reasons.
healthy
yummy
and they are filling, no empty calories.
plus! kohen is not allergic.
so all in all, kick ass.
here is the breakdown to our smoothies...
you'll need:
orange juice (i use pulp free.)
ice
lemon or lime juice
fruit of your choice (i used raspberries & strawberries this time as per kids request)
blend it all up &enjoy. kids sucked these back before i was done with my frappuccino. id say that was a momwin!
